The nearest beach is literally 5 minutes away. Lapad peninsula is famous for his green areas, parks, promenade and most beautiful beaches. Lapad peninsula is located just 3 km away from UNESCO’s old city Dubrovnik. The space Recently remodeled modern-style apartment has balcony and a gorgeous view overlooking the sea. Living room The bright and airy living room has access to balcony with a gorgeous sea view. Superb oak wood flooring and large corner sofa make this living room cozy. There is full HD smart TV with 60 cable channels and many streaming apps, home theater 5.1 surround system, so you can maximally enjoy movies and TV shows. Air conditioning unit with remote control is located in living room. Bedrooms Master bedroom has queen size bed and a lot of storage for bags and clothes. Second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. Kitchen Beautifully decorated kitchen is fully equipped - stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
