By staying in District 2, you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre (District 5 and 6 on the Pest side), but yet you are still within walking distance of the city. This quiet neighbourhood is also home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Banks of the Danube, and is filled with interesting natural, historical and cultural monuments, including the Buda Castle and Margaret Island which are less than 15 minutes away on foot. Many tourist attractions such as the Kiraly Bath, Church of St Anne and Fishermen's Bastion are all nearby. Public transport is also accessible within 500 metres of the apartment.
