Garden studio in great location!

A modern and comfortable studio ideal for couples and families. This newly built studio has been lovingly built by the owners who also live on site with their two children and their dog Benny. The location is ideal for people wanting to explore all that's on offer. The space The studio has been designed and built to a high standard with a custom made kitchen and bathroom giving the space a stylish and modern feel. There is tea, coffee and fresh milk available for guests to use and there is hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for guests with no extra charge. The section is fully fenced and there are automated gates to access the section. The studio is located at the rear of the section separate to main house with its own entrance and parking available. The studio is set back from the main road and overlooks the garden so you can woken with the sounds of birds. The studio is also soaked in afternoon sun and guests can sit on the decked area and enjoy the good weather. There is a garage/rumpus attached to the studio and guests may encounter a little noise from time to time but the family make every effort to respect our guests and their privacy. Guest access Guests are welcome to park on the drive but this will need to be arranged prior to your arrival as the drive is shared with the owners and we will need to swap cars around. There is a small grass verge next door (close to driveway) at the property which guests can park on and there is on street parking 100metres from the property. Guests must enter through the automated gates and theres a button located on wooden post behind the small gate to the left side of driveway. That will open the gates and there’s another button on the inside close to back door which will close the gates. Other things to note The host family live on site and the outside space is shared with guests. We will respect guests personal space and the same is expected for us. The host family own a young dog Benny. Benny is nervous around new people and dogs and he will bark. He is gentle and kind and once he feels comfortable with you he’ll be your best friend.
