Villa Laura is a beautiful country estate that will allow you to share and enjoy the best weather in the region with temperatures from 19○ to 24○C, immerse yourself in its beautiful landscapes and enjoy the best moments in our comfortable areas: wet area with a large jacuzzi, game kiosk with ping pong tables, billiards/pool, board games, darts, traditional frog and electronic bowling, weaving courts, soccer and volleyball, rumba kiosk, BBQ area, and our beautiful farm! The space At Villa Laura, we offer all our customers exclusive use only for the group that applies to their reservation. For the accommodation of your guests, you will only have the first floor of the main house, where there are (5) rooms for the accommodation of (24) guests comfortably located all in a total of (13) shared beds, these of double, semi-double, single and/or semi-double trundle beds, each with their respective bedding (set of sheets, pillow(s), (1) blanket and (1) cover), closet and bedside table. We also offer the option that if the # of guests is greater than (24) people, so that prior to the occupation of the rooms, the movement and/or change of some beds between the rooms and the location of (2) single beds in the rooms of the house to expand the # of guests up to a maximum of (28) people if necessary after settlement and payment of your accommodation; Likewise and only if the # of people (28) staying in the main house is exceeded in principle, we will make the accommodation available in our camping area to receive more additional guests after agreement and payment of the rate for this type of accommodation, taking into account that the guest who takes this option must provide their own tent. Villa Laura also has a large parking area and all its facilities are monitored by a private circuit of security cameras. You can also enjoy our rumba kiosk, BBQ area, wet area Spa type jacuzzi/pool with hydromassage, terraces with excellent viewpoints, games kiosk with ping pong tables, billiards, pool, bowling, frog, darts, board games, hammock kiosk, playground, tejo courts, mini soccer and volleyball courts, campfire area, separate area for bathrooms (3 bathrooms with hot water), laundry area and clothesline, the entrance to the main house is from the parking area and through (3) sections of stairs and ramps; the other areas and attractions are accessed by pedestrian paths conditioned to nature with floors in rock or meadows, as well as the trails to carry out ecological walks through our farm. Guest access Villa Laura is located in the San Isidro Alto village of the municipality of Anolaima and to access it there are roads designed on a slab, some with an incline and also some sections on rough terrain, all enabled for the proper transit of any type of vehicle or transport. However, it is recommended that the last section before reaching the property be traveled with caution so that vehicles that are low do not hit the bottom. Other things to note Villa Laura has been designed to ensure the comfortable and pleasant stay of its guests, where with great dedication, care and sacrifice, each of its spaces and components have been built and fixed, expecting from its visitors an adequate behavior and culture that allows to ensure the conservation of everything that has been arranged in it, therefore: It is forbidden to interrupt, cover or tamper with the security cameras. It is important to clarify that only the cameras that control and monitor the main entrance and perimeters of the property are being monitored permanently and in real time; all others are only monitored or validated in their recording history when situations arise that warrant evidence of what happened. It is forbidden to have parties or listen to music at high volumes inside the main house; the rumba kiosk may be available for them. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and/or other social areas and enclosed spaces, as well as the entry of pets inside the bedrooms. The marketing and consumption of psychoactive substances inside and in any of the areas of the property is prohibited. The exploitation, trafficking and sexual abuse of minors and any other conduct that violates the will and integrity of their peers is prohibited. It is forbidden to take fruit from the different trees in the process of production, eggs and other products as well as farm animals. It is forbidden to cross, sit or stand on the railings surrounding the terraces and main house. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions and other regulations disclosed by the property's hosts will be grounds for cancellation and immediate eviction from the property without the right to any claim or refund of the money paid for the previously agreed rates. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Our guests must pay a security deposit upon entering the property worth two hundred thousand Colombian pesos, to attend to any type of novelty due to missing or partial or total damage, which, if it is not necessary to be used, will be reintegrated in full at the end of the reservation and/or otherwise will be attended to and the value of the novelty presented will be deducted from this. OPTIONAL SERVICES WITH ADDITIONAL FEE: 1. Air conditioning for the Jacuzzi water. 2. Pet stay (fifty thousand pesos for each pet - single payment). 3. Food preparation. 4. Sale of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, confectionery, among other products. 5. Video projector rental. 6. Horse rental (the manger is not inside the property's facilities) (check the rate with your host). 7. Sale of firewood. (Check the rate with your host). ADDITIONAL GUESTS: If you are booking through the Airbnb app, you should keep in mind that by default it is only and only settling (16) people, if you are accompanied by other people you have the option to request us to send a special rate that includes the total of your companions and/or also cancel the additional people directly with us. WET AREA: We have a single jacuzzi/pool type area whose dimensions are 3m wide x 4m long and 1.30m deep that can be used within the rates settled by this app and in the schedule stipulated for its use (from 09:00 AM to 8:00 PM). This area usually retains its cold water. It is forbidden to enter the Jacuzzi with clothing other than a bathing suit, including footwear, as well as the entry of food and beverages For the safety and integrity of our Guests, it is forbidden to jump into the Jacuzzi simulating acrobatic styles, your entry must be made solely and exclusively by walking on the steps that are inside. HEATING SERVICE: Among our optional services with additional cost (three hundred and fifty thousand pesos) we offer the possibility under prior notice and payment to acquire (2) continuous cycles of air conditioning where each cycle lasts (6) hours, during which time the jacuzzi cannot be used in order to heat the water of the jacuzzi and that then the water can be kept at a pleasant temperature (IT IS NOT FULL HOT) for approximately 2 days and 1/2 from day 1 of starting the air conditioning process, this depending on the climatic conditions that may arise at the time, note that once this service is purchased, no refunds can be made for climatic factors or drops in electrical fluid that partially or totally affect the air conditioning process and said process will not start from scratch once the affectation presented is overcome. It is suggested that the first cycle be applied at 6 am so that it is ready at 12 pm on the first day. For the second day, the service is already available from 9 am. Other schedules requested by the client will not be part of our responsibility if the water does not reach the ambient temperature offered by this air conditioning service and the schedule enabled for the use of the Jacuzzi must be taken into account, which is from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If the Jacuzzi is used outside these hours and is not covered with the blankets that seek to maintain the temperature achieved, it will not be our responsibility if the process does not manage to recover the temperature sought with this service the next day. PETS: Pets will always be welcome at Villa Laura, (under an additional fee per pet of fifty thousand pesos single payment), only if we request the maximum collaboration so that their owners, companions or masters can be aware of collecting their excrement and bringing their quilts or portable beds with them because for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene for our future guests, pets will not be allowed to sleep with their masters in the same beds; If the above is necessary and the accompaniment of pets with their masters, the necessary conditions of coexistence must be validated and agreed upon to ensure the neutral satisfaction of both parties but giving priority to the well-being of pets, including those of service or emotional support for our guests. Where then an option may be that guests who sleep with their pets in bed can then provide their own household items (sheets and blankets) for the bed where they will be with their pet, this ensuring that the household items of the property can again have the strict cleaning for the stay of other guests, thank you for your understanding. The only pets with which there is currently a restriction are those of a legitimate breed or those bred with pit bulls. Unfortunately, we have already had a couple of experiences where this breed has attacked the pets of the farm and other animals on our farm, so their entry to the farm is not contemplated. CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee you will pay (two hundred thousand pesos) is used solely and exclusively to keep our property in the optimal conditions of cleanliness and health in which you will find it. This fee does not include additional cleaning to the one mentioned, nor inside the house, rooms, bathrooms, kiosks, nor the cleaning of the kitchen or BBQ utensils used. Our guests are committed to supporting the recycling of the garbage generated and at the end of the reservation they will deliver it to the hosts properly packed and at the main entrance of the property. FOOD PREPARATION: The rate (seventy thousand pesos per day per kitchen assistant) includes the hiring of a kitchen assistant for up to a maximum of 10 diners, henceforth it is recommended to hire one or two more assistants according to the total number of diners. This service includes the preparation of (3) menus per day, their plating and subsequent cleaning of used dishes. DOES NOT INCLUDE: provision of food, drinks and table service.
