The best base to explore Osaka City. The space -3 bedrooms -2 Japanese-style "TATAMI" rooms ( also available to use as bedrooms with Japanese-style "FUTON" mattresses ) -Kitchen -Living room -Dining room -Sun room -Elevator to go up to the 6th floor, where there is the entrance. -2 lavatories -1 bathroom ( with bathtub & shower ) -1 washing machine. -Automatic-lock at the building's entrance on the 1st floor Guest access -You can use all the rooms on the 6th & 7th floor (the 7th floor is the top floor ). -Please do not enter other floors. Other things to note -Enough space for 10 people, but 2 lavatories / 1 bathtub & shower in the condominium. -Towels are in under the washstand in the bathroom. Please text me if you need more towels (extra fee needed). -We will make beds / Japanese-style mattresses before you check-in, depending on the number of the guests. Please let me know in advance if you have paticular bedrooms / style (Japanese-style or beds ) you want to use. -Please do not use sheets in the closets. If you need to change sheets, please text me (extra fee needed ). -Reinforced concrete residential building with standard soundproof, but since it is in front of a street, you can hear traffic sounds. Some guests say that it's not loud at all, but some say it's noisy. It will be more quiet at night. -Please do not smoke / do parties / talk loudly on the balconies ( the neighbors may make complaints / call the police ). -Handrails of the balconies may be a little low, so please do not go near them. -Please do not smoke in the building, except in front of the elevator on the 6th floor ( there is an ash tray ). -People who are not the guests are not allowed to enter / stay at the apartment (meeting your friends / family members for a short time is OK). -There are general residents living on the lower floors, so please make sure if the apartment is your place before opening the door. -Please be careful on the balconies, stairs inside the condominium, and also of the windows. -Please be quiet at night / common areas. -Please save energy. -Please put equipments back to where they were when check-out.
