Villa Sunny Side is a beautifully maintained, spacious six-bedroom, family-run villa featuring separate large pools for adults (10m x 5m) and children. Nestled in the exclusive and peaceful valley of Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, it offers a tranquil escape while being just 1 km from shops and the sea. The villa boasts various expansive outdoor areas equipped with BBQ facilities, sun loungers, and outdoor dining and seating areas, ensuring plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. The space This spacious villa is nestled in the exclusive and tranquil valley known as Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, a charming village in northern Malta. Just a 20-minute walk along coastal paths leads to Mellieha Bay, the island's largest sandy beach, with a smaller beach only 10 minutes away for excellent sea bathi Villa Sunny Side offers stunning countryside views and features separate adult and children's pools set in a private garden. Elegantly furnished, it provides ample space for large families while ensuring privacy. The main floor includes four air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee percolator, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and all essential cookware. The living area features a TV and dining space. Surrounded by a terrace that leads to the pool area, guests can relax on sun loungers, enjoy a BBQ, and dine outdoors. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. While a car is not necessary, it is recommended, with plenty of parking available outside the villa. Air conditioning and heating operate on prepaid cards, and we provide 100 units of credit per week. Extra units can be purchased at a small charge of 20c per unit. Airport transfers, car hire, and personalized day tours can be arranged at competitive rates, a food pack can also be organized—please inquire for more options. Guest access Guests have access to all of the villa apart from the garage. Other things to note This villa is situated in a peaceful area. While we want you to enjoy your stay, we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors by refraining from loud music especially during quiet hours.
