This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area. The space The entire home is bright and spacious. It is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and outside washing line and hooks for hanging up wet suits after a busy day surfing. Surfing lessons can be booked at the Surf school on Porthmeor Beach which is a 3 minute walk away on a paved road down a hill. There are wonderful restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. The hill to the beach and town is fairly steep so those with mobility problems may find this difficult. Steps down to entrance and open plan living area is split level with a few steps. It is not suitable for crawling toddlers or elderly with walking difficulties. A BBQ (bring your own charcoal) is also provided on the terrace. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided as well as 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel provided for each guest. There is a small welcome pack of essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There is however a local shop 2 minutes walk away, a CO-OP Shop a 5 minute drive away. There is also a Tesco Supermarket which you will pass on the way into St Ives. There is also a large Asda Supermarket in Hayle which is the town before St Ives. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home. Other things to note Extra fee of £10 per day for electric car charging There is no Ev charging point so guests should bring their own long cable to charge direct from house socket.
