Private garden cottage in the upmarket suburb of Upper Walmer. This peaceful cottage has a private entrance with open plan living and bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.King in one room and 2xsingle in 2nd room. The main bedroom has an aircon. Self catering, close to major shopping centres, 9km's to the beachfront. 4km to the airport. On the doorstep of the Guinea Fowl trail for hiking and biking. Little Walmer golf course within walking distance.Trendy coffee shops and eateries The space We have an inverter and water tanks. The Annex has open plan living downstairs with a kitchen for self catering. The bathroom is downstairs with a shower. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs with the main bedroom having an air conditioner. Lovely private patio on which to relax with a small garden. This area is walled off for guests to have privacy from the main house. I will have rusks, coffee and tea to welcome my guests. We are in a lovely quiet upmarket area in Walmer. Close to many amenities, airport, eateries, bird life, mountain biking, hiking and trail running. The Little Walmer golf course is within walking distance. Walmer is one of the original , leafy suburbs in Port Elizabeth and therefore is ideally placed as it is within close distance to many points of interest.Secure parking behind remote gates This cottage is also ideal for corporate/business bookings as it provides a quiet working space with a high speed internet connection. There is no cable television , however there is Netflix available. Guest access We have a weber that guests can use if they wish to barbeque, please just let us know if needed. Other things to note We are happy to arrange transportation, i.e. Uber, for our guests at their own cost. We are also able to personally assist with transportation to and from the airport for guests with longer stays as a courtesy. We are also happy to store luggage for early arrivals or late departures.
