The terrace is wooded and has rattan garden furniture, shading blinds, an ashtray, etc. Guest access The apartment is on the third and top floor of Building D of the residence – no elevator. Entering through the parking lot, Building D is located to the left of the access ramp to the underground parking lots. The streets adjacent to the residence are one-way, so car traffic is low despite a location in the city center. Outdoor areas are well-maintained and green. The residence is secure. You will have a key and a VIGIK giving access to the residence and the stairwell for your autonomy. Other things to note The apartment is a stone's throw from the Corum: Palais des Congrès and Opéra Berlioz, as well as the Centre Chorégraphique National, the Musée Fabre, the Esplanade Charles-de-Gaule (less than 5 minutes' walk). In summer, "Les Estivales" are organized on the Esplanade. Many festivals follow one another: dance, music, the most famous being the Radio-France festival. We're close to all these spots.
