The apartment is in an unbeatable location, 30 minutes from the city center of Barcelona. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom (with shower), kitchen, living room and a spectacular terrace with direct views of the sea. The apartment is on a 5th floor without an elevator, so you have to climb stairs, even so the views and the comfort of the place are worth the climb! Inside the apartment we do not have WIFI but in the common areas you can have it. The residential areas have 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, a children's play area, tennis court, basketball and soccer. We also have free parking and 24/7 security. Private access to the beach also included! A dream place for your whole family! Note that until summer the small pool is being repaired and therefore the large one may suffer that it is closed for some days. Please, ask if when you want it will be open or not since it varies from day to day We request the 2.25 euros per person per night (over 16 years and up to a maximum of 7 nights) for the payment of the city tax requested by the town hall! Cabrera is 35'aprox from Barcelona city centre. Trains are running often You have private acces to the beach as well as you can use all the amenities. It is an old apartment, not brand new, the kitchen, although we sent a cleaner for every check in and check out, is old so some things looks like a but rustic Other things to note As for breakfast we will offer cereals, milk, and some basics to feel welcome, please do not expect a full breakfast as it is a detail. Please note that check-in is until 9 pm. if you need to come later, charges may apply (30 euros) Guests must pay 3e per person per day (maximum 16 years and maximum for one week; from April 2023 it will be 4e euros) for the Barcelona municipal tax. this tax will be requested through Airbnb and NEVER in cash upon arrival.
