Located at The Atlantic Reach Holiday Resort with a superb range of leisure facilities, including a well equipped gym, a range of studio fitness classes, a warm indoor swimming pool and a big 25m outdoor pool open in the summer with a baby pool, this cottage has leisure passes included so guests have free use of these facilities. Set in the grounds of the Manor House overlooking the outdoor pool, this attractive and comfortable two storey cottage is specifically designed as a holiday home, with two bedrooms and one bathroom it is perfect for a family of four or two couples. There is a fold up bed available for a fifth person. It is light and warm with full central heating for all year round comfort and fully furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable self catering holiday for all ages. The ground floor is open plan with a lounge, kitchen and dining area benefiting from full height and width sliding patio doors at the front and a large window at the back providing maximum light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, dining table and 4 chairs and the lounge has comfy sofas. The first floor has two bedrooms, one double with a TV and one twin bedroom with two single beds and a shower room. This cottage now has free unlimited wifi. The patio doors in the lounge open out onto a small patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the landscaped communal grounds. This cottage is pet friendly, a maximum of two dogs are allowed to stay, extra charges apply. In the summer Atlantic Reach has a large outdoor pool, a whole 25 metres long and a baby pool, with space for everyone, a great place to sit and relax with a cool drink and watch the kids having fun in the pool. There is also a children's outdoor play area, tennis courts and the teen den arcade. There is a small shop with a few essential items and the launderette is now open, with self service pay as you go machines. The Manor Arms restaurant and café provide a good selection of great value and delicious dishes for you and the family to enjoy from a hearty Sunday Roast to homemade cakes. This cottage is well equipped for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday, here you will be able to enjoy a break away from your home with your family, put your feet up and explore one of the most stunning parts of England! Walk, cycle, jog or go by horse, there are plenty of places to explore close by. There are many great beaches just a few miles away including Fistral Beach one of the world's top surfing destinations and stunning Watergate Bay on the North coast yet just 11 miles from pretty Pentewan on the South coast and within easy reach of Padstow, The Eden Project and many more beautiful places. If you are feeling energetic you can walk or cycle for miles across the surrounding countryside or along the coast, go swimming, play tennis at the resort or just sit back and relax outside your own cottage, there is plenty to do close by including learning to surf, Kayak and Jet Skis adventure sea safaris, crab fishing at Padstow Harbour or segway through the beautiful Cornish countryside, visit animals at the Zoo or go to the chocolate making factory or the Cinema on a rainy day. We have a number of cottages at the resort so you could go with friends and family and each have your own self contained cottage with plenty of outside space to enjoy together. Atlantic Reach is centrally located in the stunning county of Cornwall; being easily accessible from the A30 and within easy reach of all coasts, beaches and some simply beautiful places to experience nearby. Guest access These cottages are just for holiday use, all guests stay in their own cottage and have private use of the entire property with kitchen, dining area and lounge on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor. All leisure facilities are communal and shared with other guests staying at the Atlantic Reach Holiday Village. There are local property managers on hand if you need any assistance during your stay and all information will be provided before you go. Booking confirmation will be provided once payment has been received in full. All guests need to comply with our booking terms and conditions and the resorts terms and conditions. Other things to note On-site leisure facilities are provided by and managed by the resort and not the owner of the property, changes to advertised facilities may happen at any time and some facilities may not be available during your stay. Liberty Holiday Lets and the owner of the property are not responsible for the maintenance or the management of the resorts leisure facilities. Bed linen is provided (this will be duvets, pillows, covers and sheets), please remember to take your own towels. This cottage is pet friendly, a maximum of two dogs are allowed to stay.
