The space Stand alone self contained small apartment situated in the back yard of my home. Super short walk to the beach, harbour, ocean pool and soon to be completed marina. There might not be water views, but you can hear the waves and smell the salt in the air. Full size kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge and everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Cooking on holidays not your thing ... no problem. There are more than a dozen quality restaurants, cafes and takeaways only a stroll away. Guest access Guests have full private access to the guesthouse. Access is via pedestrian gate (colourbond) on Boolwaroo Parade, and easy on street parking on Boolwaroo also. Other things to note Smoking is OK, but outside only please.
