Thirty-Seven is a basic, cosy late 50s beach shack. An ideal getaway for up to 8 guests. Located on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, only an hour’s drive from Adelaide. The property has sweeping views of Granite Island, The Bluff, a reserve with playground which is immediately across the road. Only a 5 minute walk; you’re on the beach.The property is situated in Hayborough which is between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor; the calm between two busy tourist destinations. Linen is not provided. The space Thirty-Seven is a quaint, mid-50s home. 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom. The master bedroom has stunning views of the ocean and reserve - please note that this bedroom while having the best view does not have doors, but only curtains separating it from the living room. It is essential a converted dining room. Bedroom 2 is perfect for a little more privacy and it is also slightly larger, with beautiful natural sunlight through the day. Bedroom 3 has more beds, perfect for the young ones. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, which includes 3 bedrooms, fully fenced backyard, a front lawn, and undercover, secure onsite parking. Other things to note As this is a holiday rental, linen is not provided. Linen can be provided for the additional cost of $25 per bed.
