The area is very characteristic and reminds of how Cagliari used to be 50-60 years ago. Also plenty of sardinian craftsman shops can be found nearby. Plenty of off-street parking space. It is ideal for couples or small families who want to be based in Cagliari to explore the city but also want ot visit the surroundings and the coastal beaches. The city centre can be reached by bus in 15 minutes or by car in 5 minutes, the local beaches of Poetto or Calamosca can be reached by bus in 20 minutes or by car in 10 minutes.
