Beautiful Villa in a lush green Golf Resort - 2

Our Villa is part of a sprawling & beautifully landscaped Golf Resort - with breathtaking views of rolling lawns & water bodies. We have done up the interiors of our home with immense love, and look forward to hosting like minded guests - who can appreciate & enjoy it! The space The home is ideal for a relaxing & stress free vacation, amidst nature - the peace, the quite & the lovely green views for as far as the eye can see - will keep bringing you back to us! Guest access The entire villa will be yours for the duration of your holiday - like a beautiful home away from home! Guests also have free access to most of the resort (except the Golf Course & swimming pool), including the resort club. Important: ONLY golfers are allowed on the Golf course, walking on the course for guests & non-golfers is strictly forbidden. Other things to note Dear Guest, Greetings! Thank you for your interest in our home. It’s in a serene and green oasis tucked away within Gurgaon, and will pleasantly surprise you with its beauty and vibe! Based on commonly asked queries from our guests, please find a list of frequently asked questions & responses. We hope you will find them useful. We are always happy to address additional questions too, anytime. 1. Where is it located & what are the nearest landmarks? Our home is easily accessible, you will find it if you look for Tarudhan valley Golf Resort on the map, or Lemontree hotels, Dadu, which is part of the resort (our villa is less than a 2 min drive inside the resort from the Lemontree hotel). Its 1 km ahead of the 5 star property i.e. ITC Grand Bharat, also known as ITC Classic Golf Resort. Address: Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort, Village Dadu, Tehsil Taoru Distt Gurgaon. 2. How many rooms and therefore guests can the villa accommodate? The villa has 5 double beds - 3 in our 3 bedrooms (each with an attached bathroom), & 2 sofa cum beds in our very attractive basement, therefore comfortably accommodating 10 guests. The basement does not have an attached bathroom though - and hence the ground floor bathroom becomes a shared one. 3. Can we bring extra guests over 10? The villa is designed for only 10 guests please. 4. How do you take care of hygiene and sanitization? The villa is thoroughly cleaned after each checkout. Given the current pandemic, please be assured of adequate sanitisation. We ensure freshly laundered linen before every new guest visit. 5. Can you include meals? What are eating options nearby ? Can we use the kitchen to cook for ourselves ? Is liquor available nearby ? We are unable to provide or cater to meal requests. The tariff is only for the homestay. However, there are several eating options and I am happy to share these to help you plan. 1. The villa is right next to the resort club, which has a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner on a payment basis. It does not deliver, but you can do a takeout. 2. The Lemon tree hotel is a 5 min walk away & has a restaurant you could use for dining. 3. If you wish to splurge on a more lavish meal - the ITC Grand Bharat is a 5-7 min drive away outside the resort. 4. If you prefer to sit in & relax - you can order for Dhaba like food. On request, I can share the contact number for delivery of Meals at the villa, at reasonable rates (may need minimum a day’s notice - so pls ask for details to plan accordingly). 5. If you are in the mood to cook, please bring required grocery items (including cooking oil if planning meals) as the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas & stove, microwave, toaster, fridge etc & also has basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, oil (a small quantity) etc. 6. For a simple & very basic home cooked one odd Indian meal, our caretaker (not a cook by profession) can also be engaged, on a payment basis (groceries provided by you). 7. My personal Recommendation though is a combination: you could do what I do when we visit, carry pizzas & biryani (or alike, to reheat & have) or a few curries (veg &/or non-veg), make or get made roti & rice there fresh, and/Or get one meal cooked by the caretaker too. Also will suggest you carry a lot of dry & frozen snacks (that can be sautéed or fried & served hot). 8. Regarding your choice of drinks, the recommendation would be to carry your own. There are a few local liquor shops nearby in case you wish to buy. 9. Zomato and Swiggy deliver orders occasionally. You need to check on that specific day. 6. Will a caretaker be available? Our caretaker will be available for housekeeping (included in the tariff). Pls find below the rates for additional services needed if any: 1. Rs 200 per day for washing utensils. 2. Rs 100 per day for running errands (fuel & effort) to the village for groceries/coal/wood (paid by guests at actuals) required for cooking, barbecue, bonfire. 3. Rs 500 for cooking a simple & very basic Indian meal (groceries provided by you). 7. Is the swimming pool available to us? Am afraid not, as per resort rules guests are not allowed to use the swimming pool. 8. What are the other facilities & games/sports available in the villa? Tarudhan Club & Options for Children : If there are children accompanying you there is plenty to keep them busy & entertained both inside & outside in the club area. While the basement of our villa has board games etc, the club has a children’s play area too (slides etc), besides a TT table, pool table, carrom board, badminton & basketball courts & a gym. Our guests have free access to the club. Club Spa is available on chargeable basis. 9. Do you have WiFi and what is the speed of WiFi? Yes pls, we have a BSNL wifi connection, however, it can get patchy at times. The speed varies between 15 mbps to about 60 mbps. 10. Can we play golf? Yes please, guests can play golf on a payment basis. Casual Golfers may leverage the practice range which is just outside the main Tarudhan Gate (Website hidden by Airbnb) 11. Does the villa have books available to read? Library : For those who love to read & relax, the villa has a library for adults & children with more than 200 books. 12. Does the villa have a music system? Is partying allowed? For music buffs, the home has a bluetooth enabled music system. Guests are welcome to party and play music till late night – as long as they are not disrupting the peace of the resort 13. Are pets allowed? Pets are welcome, with the request that guests carry their utensils and rugs etc. We also request for an assurance of no damages to property. PS: Pls do not allow pets to sit and use the rugs in the Villa. 14. Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, however, our guests are happy to use the vast open spaces or our patio (facing the lawns) at the back for smoking. 15. What is there are damages? Our guests always take care for the home as if it were your own – leaving it leaving it as they found it, clean & undamaged. However, in case of a damage, we charge them on actuals, after a discussion. 16. Are decorations allowed? Can you put up birthday decorations? We do not allow decorations that require pasting of any kind on the walls. We are unable to also provide any assistance beyond welcoming you to our home. 17. What are the checkin and checkout timings? Early checkin/late checkout possible? Checkin is at 2 pm or later & checkout at 12 noon or before – with a request for mandatory adherence. Early checkin or late checkout is possible if there are no guests checking out or checking in on those dates. A confirmation is possible only an evening prior or early on the date of checkin. 18. How about Car Parking & security at the place ? Since the villa is part of the Golf resort, you can be assured of ample parking & full security. The villa is also equipped with 4 security cameras as well. 19: Is there anything we need to carry? Guests need to carry their own towels, personal toiletries (tooth and hair brush, toothpaste), and their own groceries if they plan to cook during the holiday. 20. Is a discount possible? I am afraid our prices are fixed. This ensures a uniform & consistent experience for all our guests. I wouldnt want any of my guests feeling they could have gotten a better price had they negotiated harder. Hope that makes sense. And, thank you for understanding.
