Lovely flat with direct sea view

Why not take the opportunity to enjoy a well deserved break or holiday on the sunny (not guaranteed!) South Coast in our lovely clean and bright flat, right in the heart of Brighton. Discounts are available for bookings of a week and more. *** Please note we have applied a 20% discount for April to June 2026 as the building will have scaffolding for external decoration *** The space In a friendly block and direct sea views to the pier one way and marina the other, it is great place to relax and enjoy. Amenities of Kemptown village are minutes away and central Brighton and The Lanes a pleasant 10 minute walk along the seafront. Guest access The whole flat will be yours to enjoy, with private access and we promise to leave you alone! Other things to note The sofa bed is not made up but there is a duvet and clean linen in the cupboard. Wifi details are on the back of the router. Please note there is no aerial so the TV runs from apps eg Netflix, YouTube etc. There is no bath but a new shower enclosure. NB We request that guests do not use the small balcony but can of course nevertheless appreciate the beautiful views.
