SPRING IS HERE AND SUMMER'S COMING IN THE FINGER LAKES LOTS OF THINGS TO DO OUTDOORS AND INDOORS MANY CONCERT VENUES AND LAKES TO ENJOY NEW YORK. Secluded country house..... Trails throughout for quiet walks, boating, wind gliding, water skiing etc. *There are lots of wildlife....bunnies, deer, butterflies and birds just to name a few. *Stargazing observations (since there are no street lights) as well as daytime/nocturnal wildlife and birds. The space 3 bedrooms upstairs: 1)North bedroom - a queen bed; 2)East bedroom - a queen sofa bed 3)West bedroom (Family) - a queen bed, 2 twin beds & a lounger Twin air mattress and pack & play AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. as you enter the common area, there is: # toaster, microwave, # apartment-size fridge/freezer, # Keurig style coffee, tea & hot cocoa # Sustainable/recycleable flatware, cups & plates/bowls are provided. Dishes & silverware can be reserved. 1 CASE OF BOTTLED WATER provided Microwavable utensils & dishes provided There is a wrap around porch and birdfeeders close to the house to enjoy the birds, butterflies. There is a metal FIREPIT and TORCHES on the property as requested. There are yard games i.e. cornhole game, badminton/volleyball equipment for your use. Guest access The front door is always unlocked but can be locked from the inside at your discretion. Guests have EXCLUSIVE full access to the front of the house both upstairs and down. Upon request, Housekeeping is provided during a stay. Other things to note The property is environmentally sustainable meaning that all of the flatware and dishes are recyclable or composted. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO A KITCHEN......NO SINK OR OVEN. Glass and ceramic dinnerware and flatware is OPTIONAL. I would be glad to put any dishes and silverware in the dishwasher for you once a day
