Our house is located in the heart of Arco historic center, in the pedestrian area. It is composed by three apartment that are characterized by three colors: green, blue and red. They all have a terrace or balcony and they are fully equipped with all necessary to grant our guest a pleasant stay with maximum comfort. We also offer our guest a parking space (with a small fee), a deposit for bikes & sport equipment and free internet connection. The space The apartment is located on the first floor and it is composed by kitchen and a living-room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All our apartments have a balcony or a terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for your stay: crockery, table ware, linen, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer are at your disposal. Guest access The whole apartment is completely at your disposal! You can also use the basement to store bikes and other sport equipment. We also offer the possibility to park in our private park (100m from the apartment) at a cost of €8/day. Other things to note We know how difficult is travelling with small children and organize all the necessary. We can hence offer a kid-friendly apartment: high chair, baby food set, crib, stroller will be prepared for your arrival. The cost of the service is €15/day.
