Hill House is one of three luxury apartments finished to a really high standard and all 3 located in a beautiful Victorian building. It has its own private entrance with entry by a keyless smart lock. The apartment is located in the town centre of the famous spa town of Harrogate so very close to shops & restaurants. Inside our Harrogate town centre apartment there is a King size bed, WiFi, two smart TVs, Sky TV in lounge & a Nespresso machine. Maximum 2 people The space The apartment has been designed to the highest standard to give the ultimate boutique hotel feel. It benefits from a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine (inc capsules), toaster, kettle (inc Yorkshire Tea) and utensils to allow you to cook a variety of gourmet meals if required. The apartment enjoys WiFi broadband which is also networked to both Smart TVs allowing access to Netflix and Catch Up TV (own account maybe necessary for some Smart TV features) The luxury city living feel bathroom comprises shower/bath, sink and toilet, we also include luxury Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash for the ultimate hotel feel. The separate bedroom includes King Size bed, wardrobe with coat hangers, dressing table with a mirror and a hairdryer stored away in the base of the velvet stool. The window has wooden shutters keeping privacy as required as well as a smart TV. We also have 6 Hill House right next door which can accommodate 4 people allowing groups, plus an additional large 2 bedroom apartment on the middle floor of the same building, so ideal if you’re a group wanting to stay in the same area. Local amenities include: Tesco Local - 150m M&S Food Hall - 200m Numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops are within a 5 minute radius including the renowned Bettys Tea Room. Close to the Harrogate International Centre (500m), The Royal Hall (600m), Harrogate Theatre (200m) and Turkish Baths (400m) the apartment could not be in any better location. Harrogate Bus and Train Stations are only 5 minutes walk away as well. Guest access Access to Apartment 8 is via the steps at the very front of the building and has its own private entrance which can be identified by a black door and the number 8 on the lights at either side of the door Other things to note Car parking: There are numerous options for car parking in our town centre location. Jubilee multi-storey Carpark which is the most convenient as it’s on the adjacent street. (Union Street) It has its own website for up to date costs. It’s free to park on all town centre streets between 6pm and 8am, you can purchase a ticket the night before (after 6pm) and it will automatically start the time from 8am for up to 3 hours meaning you don’t have to get up super early to move the car! Kent Road and Duchy Road are just off the A61 Ripon Road and are a free parking residential streets that are around a 5-10 minute walk away.
