You will be situated less than 25 minutes drive from the Peninsula and Alba Hot Springs and incredible wineries, restaurants and walks will be on your doorstep. Beautiful Mt Martha Beach and village is only 5 minutes away by car. The space This light, airy, Tuscan inspired studio overlooks an extensive deck offering fabulous sea and garden views. Watch the boats sail past from the fabulous 4 poster King sized bed. There are sun lounges and an outdoor eating area so that you can make full use of the deck. Your space is completely separate from the second guest room downstairs with your own private entrance. All you will hear are the native birds in the vast garden surrounding the loft. The upstairs space is bright and roomy with a modern bathroom downstairs. There is a kitchenette available with basic cooking facilities such as a microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle and a nespresso machine . There are a vast array of restaurants and cafes nearby to suit all budgets. Mt Martha is well known for its beautiful beaches, walks and quaint cafes, bars and restaurants. A short drive will take you to the many wineries, markets, walks, cycling trails, golf courses endless restaurants and so much more. Guest access You have your own private entrance to the loft from downstairs with a key safe for 24 hour access and parking right outside the dwelling. There is room for one car only per studio. Other things to note As there are guests downstairs, please be mindful of keeping noise to a minimum especially when using the outside deck area. I like the space to be as tranquil as possible for my guests. I have a security camera viewing the driveway only. It only stores information for a short period of time for security purposes only.
