Burnley House offers a little luxury in a peaceful country setting. Furnished carefully to suit a grand bygone era. Burnley House offers a separate gazebo in the adjoining yard with your own BBQ and Pizza oven. You have exclusive access to your own private pool. Verandahs surround the house, overlooking the pool and a large, lawned, and paved area. Burnley offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and another two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. The space Burnely is a wonderfully restored federation home decorated with old world furntiure and trickets from a bygone era. a short walk from the cafes and hotels on Avon Terrace, Burnely offers a country retreat for your family and friends. Guest access Burnley House is a large Federation home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and large entertaining areas. Burnley has a private pool, BBQ, fire pit and large private yard. Large verandah's surround the entire house with several seating areas to enjoy. Burnley also has access to the Tennis court and the Shed. The shed is a converted shed with a table tennis table, games and seating for groups to enjoy. Situated on 15 acres of land, there are 15 alpacas, 2 sheep and our resident kangaroo Katie Other things to note Entry to our cottages and Burnley House is by a key held in a lock box net to the front doors of each accommodation.
