No group of young people, no parties. The space The house is 130m2. You will enjoy the large living/dining room next to the modern and fully renovated separate kitchen. 3 bedrooms (12m2 each) are at your disposal. Each bedroom is located away from the others and is in immediate proximity to toilets and bathroom (see detailed description below). You will benefit from the heated swimming pool (12m x 4m) with salt water and counter-current swimming, surrounded by two large terraces of 85m2 and 65m2 and a green space of 50m2, plus an area under a pergola with barbecue. The house is air-conditioned. In off-season: The house is well heated and you can enhance your stay with a lovely fireplace. If you wish to use the heated pool, please specify. A garage/laundry room equipped with large-capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. Room Details: All rooms are equipped and you will find sheets and towels at your disposal: one large, one medium, and one small towel. Room 1: Near the bathroom and separate toilet. Large bed 160x200 - desk - wardrobe On request: 2 beds of 80x200 Room 2: Upstairs, a family suite with shower room and toilet. Large bed 160x200 - armchair - wardrobe Room 3: The corridor that brings you from the kitchen to family suite allows access to separate toilets. From bedroom 3 you can access a washbasin corner and shower. Large bed 160x200 - desk - wardrobe On request: 2 beds of 80x200 Living room: a convertible sofa 160x200 and a large daybed 80x220 Once booked, you will have the possibility to choose the configuration of each bedroom/bed. Guest access You will have private access to the whole house. Other things to note Pool heating: During off-season (September 15 to June 15), pool heating costs €5 per 8-hour block. Due to weather conditions, the pool may not reach 27°C. The price is €5 per 8-hour block of usage, calculated over the entire stay (maximum €150 for 10 days). We strongly recommend requesting pool preheating 7 days before your stay. This is not required if the weather is mild or if previous guests have used the heating. Complimentary cleaning: For stays longer than 14 days, complimentary pool and house cleaning is provided. No smoking policy: The house is non-smoking. You may smoke outside, but please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the garden. Additional cleaning fees: An additional cleaning fee will be charged (minimum €50) in the following cases: dirty dishes left behind, full dishwasher not emptied, garbage containers not put out when collection occurs during your stay, waste sorting instructions not followed, inconsiderate stains, cigarette butts on the terrace or in the garden, food waste left outside (particularly in/around the barbecue area).
