Other things to note Please note the following: a)DIRECTLY AFTER THE BOOKING, please send us , a copy of your passport or any government-issued photo ID , for every staying person . It is VERY IMPORTANT for us to receive the documents at least 5 days before your arrival , in order to register you here . You can send the IDs to our direct email address that we will provide you after the booking is finalized in airbnb. Please , bring a copy of your passport along when you check in. b) Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. Please inform me at least 48 hours in advance about your estimated arrival time . If your flight is delayed or there is a last minute change of plans please notify my local representative right away by calling or texting his mobile number. c)The swimming pool use is free for all registered residents . However the building management of the condominium has implemented a rule requiring guests to wear a color wristband for free pool use. The guest has to be locally there, after having checked in , to apply , sign , process papers with condominium management before receiving the wristbands . As a result the 2-3 first days of the stay its not possible to use the pool for free . After that and during the rest of the stay there is no further action needed. Our suggestion for guests staying really short term , 1-3 days , is to just buy locally in the condominium a daily swimming pool pass ( 150 pesos per person ) instead .
