AABANCHI WADI A peaceful, quiet serene locality with plenty of tree cover and bird life. Ideal for quiet gathering of friends and family which is just 50 km from Mumbai This peaceful place consists of a large size organic farm where nature comes first and last. The space Spread across 4 acre you get complete privacy at the farm. The house with 1 master bedroom, 1 living room, 1 double master bedroom bathroom and 2 toilet . Each room is equipped with smart tv with free dish and has access to wifi to enjoy streaming service like youtube. We have 4 extra mattresses can be spread in the living room. In total 15 guests can be adjusted. Living between 200 plants gives memory for lifetime. Guest access The farm is open for exploration for anyone who is interested in botany, zoology, bird watching, butterfly and moth spotting, insects in their natural habitat and photography. Those interested in nature will find the farm as a treasure trove for photography. The area is like heaven during monsoon. There are lots of waterfalls, river, near the farm during monsoon. The farm is spread across 2 acre and you will have complete peace of mind during the stay. At the farm around 200 plants are planted which gives complete feeling, as if we are in the lap of nature Other things to note 1. Full-time caretaker is available for your service. 
2. Fresh and tasty homemade food is available which is prepared by the local villagers. Guest will have access to the menu card so they can order food. Guest are free to bring food parcels. ( only available foods on the menu can be ordered ). Guest will can access to the property’s kitchen for 500₹ extra charge.
3. SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY IS ALLOWED, BUT TO INSIDE THE ROOMS. 4 Toiletries, pillows and blankets are provided 5 Saphale faces load shedding for few hours every Friday as per MSEB rules, but we have an inverter backup which will support lights and fan to run for you. 6 Bonfire is available on extra charge (please inform us early) 7 Please note, dogs or other pets are allowed for extra charge of 300₹ per pet. 8 Uno and Playing cards are available on refundable deposits (50₹)
