The space Our Guest Suite suitable for one or two guests with double bed, can be self-contained at the end of the day. An ideal base to relax after a busy day exploring Lymington, the New Forest and coast. It consists of a large double bedroom, with bedding, towels and storage, TV, wifi , and heating, full-size shower, seat, basin & toilet, The dining area with wifi, laptop friendly work space. It has fridge, toaster, kettle use of microwave with all essential cutlery and crockery. This booking is in a safe area with free off road parking with security lighting, we provide a discounted taxi service for guests only. Guest access The guest suite, has access via the main entrance through the kitchen. We welcome our guests to use our courtyard and main garden areas for relaxing between trips out. This area can be self- contained during your stay, which has encouraged many to return. Local gym with pool just a 3 min walk and a short walk to Woodside Park. You the share the front door with residents and have your room keys on arrival. A day pass for the gym available with notice. During your stay We like to welcome our guest. If you need help locating a specific area just let us know so we can help. We run a reduced price taxi service for guests, so you can go out to dinner in the surrounding area and not have to worry about drinking and driving. It is far less than the local taxi's service. We are a friendly couple who love sharing our home and garden with guests. Other things to note Very close to the cottage are The Pennington Marshes, for nature trails and bird watching. Five minutes in the car is the fishing village of Keyhaven with coastal walks and Milford-On-Sea with its pebble beaches, The Old Fort and gorgeous sunsets. Ten minutes will take you to Brokenhurst and the New Forest National Park. Where you can cycle, horse-riding, or just walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Beauleiu, Cadnam with lots of well-known gardens and trust properties within easy reach. Compton Acres in Dorset is just a drive away. Milford and Barton on Sea, Muddeford, Christchurch and Bournemouth in easy reach by car, local buses and trains.
