Beautiful studio

Beautiful fully equipped furnished studio in the city center of Limoges. You will be seduced by this 17 m2 sun-drenched apartment, with separate bathroom/toilet. It is equipped with a 140 x 200 cm bed of a major brand that normally equips 3-star hotels. When you arrive, the latter will be done. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave). Everything has been designed for a quiet and pleasant stay. The space The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a building with no neighbors overlooking an interior courtyard. There is an LCD TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and hair dryer. We provide tea and coffee for your breakfast. The apartment is located on one side 200 meters from the City Hall, Media Library and Faculty of Law/IAE. On the other side you can access the historic district of "La Boucherie". Parking is available on the street in the immediate vicinity, however it is paid from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Paid Indigo parking is nearby (€8 per 24 hours)
