Gîte built in 2016, 30 m2, carefully decorated, in a 215 m2 villa, with a capacity of 3 people. It has 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 separate bedroom, kitchen and 1 living room with a 140/200 bed (sofa bed with very good quality mattress). This cottage is well separated from the guest rooms and has a small garden where you can have lunch. Possibility to swim in the heated communal pool from April to October. Towels and sheets are provided. The space This accommodation is new, it was built in 2016. Guest access The pool is shared between the gîte and the guest rooms and is heated from April to October. During your stay We are very discreet but available for any information. Other things to note Only 15 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and 5 minutes from the port of Larros where there are restaurants.
