Cosy garden house/studio in Tammelinn

Lovely garden house in the green and quiet area called Tammelinn. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette (a small stove, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes, sink is in a bathroom) and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious and bright room with a double mattress, (one extra single mattress on demand) sofa and two large working desks. Our quiet studio (50 m2) is perfect both for relaxing and working. From city centre, it takes ca 10 min by car or bus, 15 min by bike or 40 min walk. The space The room upstairs is spacious and our double floor mattress comfortably fits two persons. A single mattress will be added on demand and if you have two kids, ask for possibilities to accommodate both of them. The garden house serves us as a studio, so there're lots of books (mostly in Estonian). You are welcome to read, but please put books back after usage. Upon prior agreement it's possible to use washing machine, located in our house next to the studio house. Please don't use shoes within the studio. Please no smoking inside the house or next to the open windows. Ask for an ashtray! Other things to note It is easy to walk to Aparaaditehas (Widget Factory) where you can find restaurants, galleries etc.
