Very beautiful 17th century farmhouse overlooking the Château de Perronnay, its wooded park and its magnificent 23 ha pond. Composed of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, this home will allow you to spend a vacation with family or friends, quiet and close (2 km) to all shops (bakery, supermarket, hairdresser, creperie, post office, cinema, tennis, etc.). Only 20 km from Rennes train station and 40 minutes from St Malo. The space The accommodation is about 200 m2 that spread over three floors. The staircase that leads to the 1st floor is vintage and requires a little caution ( two ramps are there to help you;-) ) Guest access You have access to both gardens (front and back and small parking lot). You have a private entrance and the whole house is reserved for you. The castle is inhabited by the owners who will pass through the front garden to access the rabbit hutches (to be fed with your children if you wish! :-)), the kennel and the vegetable garden (against a delivery of zucchini and perhaps strawberries if the season is good! ;-)) Swimming in the pond is prohibited for safety reasons, you will have to be vigilant with children!
