Welcome to our apartment. In a verdurous property overlooking the Ionian Sea is our apartment which provides you with your summer escape and offers you a relaxed summer vacation to relax during your stay. Our accommodation is located in the municipal district of Mytikas Preveza. It is only 80 meters away from the crystal clear beach of Mytika and 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Monolithion in the Ionian Sea. The space The 55 sq.m. apartment is located in a well-kept and very beautifully landscaped 1000 sq.m. garden. It consists of 1 bedroom, a spacious single living room with a double sofa (which becomes a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and two large balconies on both sides of the house. It can accommodate four (04) guests. There is also the possibility for a crib (which is in excellent condition) as well as a playground. Guest access The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor in front of one of the two gardens overlooking the Ionian Sea.
