Our house harmonized with the surrounding environment, is set high on the cliffs of a mountainous area which embraces the eastern coastline of Kea. A choice of earth colors and art furnishings add a special touch to our house interior and atmosphere The space Our house is built in two levels, on a hillside plot, in such a way that both levels open up to the outdoors garden and nature. While entering the house from the parking in the back yard to the upper level, there is an open air living - sitting - dining area with screen windows offering memorable views to outdoors scenery and en-suite there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the same level there is a master bedroom with a bathroom. Following the staircase down to the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms also having windows to the sea view, 1 bathroom and the laundry room . All 3 bedrooms lead out to private terraces with view to outdoors fantastic scenery. Please note that upon departure there is an Extra charge of Euros 15.-per night to be paid to the property owner regarding Climate Change Fee (TAKK). Guest access Our guests are welcome to use all facilities provided in the house Other things to note The faucet water is good for cooking and doing the menage. Drinking bottled water is advisable so to avoid any digesting discomfort. Children are very welcome to our house, but, for SAFETY REASONS, we strongly recommend guests with children over the age of 10 years old. Please note that staircase and the open air terraces have no safety rails, so parents should be cautious and very careful with the children, especially when climbing up the steps or when playing in the terraces.
