Warm, spacious double near Millhouses Park

Private room and shared bathroom. The perfect find for a quiet, homely setting. Quiet cul-de-sac. Far reaching views. The sun rises through the bay window. 3 miles to the City Centre, 15 min drive to the Peak District in the opposite direction. Walking distance to Millhouses Park, Eccelsal Woods. 5 min walk to restaurants, bakery, cafe, pub. Kettle, mug, teas in room. No kitchen access. The space A very comfortable double bed. Towels provided. Beautiful bay window with far reaching views. The room is spacious and quiet. It is a private bedroom and shared bathroom with myself and my husband. Spacious new modern bathroom on the first floor. It is reached by a step up/ down from the bathroom. No hand rail on stairs. The airbnb (kitchen area) is not open for access/ cooking. Glasses, tea Coffee & kettle in the bedroom. The Airbnb is Private bedroom and shared bathroom only. Room entrances are far apart giving a spacious feel to the house and stay. Guest access Prívate bedroom. Shared with owner and partner is the first floor bathroom. The airbnb is not open for cooking. Glasses, Tea & Coffee & kettle in the bedroom. Safe, sought after location (Millhouses). Walking distances to parks, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Parking can be on the drive or on the flat of the street is possible. Whilst I have a drive it’s not available as we occupy it day and night. The road coming up the house can be tight so take it easy. Its Sheffield, except a hill to the property! During your stay I share my whereabouts with guests on arrival so you know if I’m in/ out. I am available on mobile and most of time face to face during the stay.
