Unique shepherd's hut with stunning Anglesey view.

Enjoy quite literally this little bit of paradise. Set in the stunning, unspoilt south west corner of Anglesey, overlooking the Snowdonia mountains and Llyn peninsula, our custom-made shepherd's hut offers you a genuine get- away from it all experience! It's a real shepherd's hut with our friendly sheep nearby, ducks, chickens and loads of open space to explore and relax in. This is a true 'off grid' stay, complete with eco- composting toilet, wood-burning stove and working small-holding. The space The view here is breathtaking and this with the sense of retreat is what we most want guests to experience. There's no wifi, so you can disconnect from the busyness for a while and reconnect with family and friends. This is glamping, built by us and our friends to make the most of the view, but without cutting corners on comfort and style. We have designed the space so that there's an option for up to four people to stay comfortably, with one double bedroom and the living area seating that can be made up into a second double bed. There's a barbeque and outdoor seating as well as a campfire circle you can toast marshmallows on! In addition, there's a small gas stove for you to boil the kettle inside on those wet days which occasionally occur! You will be able to park your car nearby, just below the hut. You will have use of the bathroom, shower and washing up facilities down in the main house which is a couple of minutes walk away.There's also a fridge/freezer for your use in the utility room. The shepherd's hut is located in a field up quite a sloped track and about 150 metres from the house. The composting toilet which we've affectionately nick-named 'loo with a view' sits alongside the hut. In colder months we will provide the first basket of logs and thereafter, by negotiation. We also provide the first bag of charcoal for the BBQ. We could happily accommodate tents for additional friends/family at £10 a tent/per night on request. Usually available from Easter, but please enquire at time of booking. This is also used by the family, so advance booking is needed so that we can get it ready for you. It is located at the bottom of the track, near to the bathroom facility in the house. Other things to note Please note there is no electricity nor running water in the hut, but we do have a portable charger unit for your mobile and a large water canister with a tap.
