Pretty sunny cottage, Machynlleth

A lovely old renovated cottage with inglenook fireplace, wood burning stove and mezzanine. It is well equipped for your stay as I have tried to make it a home from home for you with many books and houseplants. There will always be some welcome goodies and you can sleep in snuggly beds made up with 100% cotton or organic cotton sheets and feather and down duvets. The cottage is situated in the pretty wooded Dulas valley near the historic town of Machynlleth, close to Snowdonia and the sea. The space The cottage is south facing and is full of light, even on dull days. We love books and plants so have filled the space with them for you to enjoy. There is a secluded and sheltered garden behind the cottage - a patio with garden furniture and a woodland walk leading to a summer house where you can do a spot of bird watching (binoculars provided) and in the colder months we put out bird feeders. There is a shed where you can keep your bikes if you bring them and a padlock is available if you need it. We hope that guests will be happy and contented in the cottage whatever the weather and season - you are very welcome here. There is a TV for you in the living room but we also provide board games, cards and DVDs. Sitting by the log stove on a chilly night is a perfect way to spend an evening after you've explored the area by foot, bicycle or car. I love OS maps and there are plenty for you along with books detailing local walks. The cottage is warm and welcoming in all seasons. Come and spend some time here - you'll be so welcome. Guest access All the space is just for you. Other things to note There is free wifi in the cottage. There is also a Freeview TV and DVD player and I am adding to the films we have for you to watch.
