The Alcove: Charming studio for 2 to 4 people

L'Alcove is located on a two-hectare domain in the heart of Quercy which includes two lodgings: L'Alcove, a 50m2 appartment for 2/4 people, located on the ground floor of the main house with its own outdoor space and Le Colombier, a restored barn of 100 m2 with a private terrace of 30m2, designed to accommodate 6 people. The property also includes an infinity pool overlooking the valley and a summer kitchen to share with everybody. The space Your lodgings in the Alcove: Cozy up in this charming 50m2 studio apartment, with kitchenette and washing machine, one double bed and two singles. You'll love the large Italian shower built into the old bakery room, and your own outdoor space. You can also enjoy the shared, shaded summer kitchen. I would be happy to meet you there for the aperitif! And for the adventurous there is a Mexican-style brasero grill or for the others, a more conventional barbecue (charcoal provided). Relax at the pool (shared), which overlooks rolling hills and an 15th-century chateau You’ll be deep in the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle—but you’ll have Wifi. For security issues, I can't host young children under 12, yet. Also, the configuration of the house and its surrendings make access difficult for people with reduced mobility. I have two cats and a very friendly golden retriever, but except in rare cases I can’t accept dogs. Feel free to write me with queries about exceptions. Guest access You have exclusive use of the Alcove and its private outdoor place. The garden, summer kitchen and pool area are shared. Other things to note The two lodgings are non-smoking. You can smoke outside and in the summer kitchen. Ashtrays are available in the summer kitchen.
