Cotswolds Cottage, Heated Pool, Tithe Barn Views
Description
A characterful Cotswolds coach house overlooking the National Trust Tithe Barn, with two bedrooms and mature private gardens with a beautiful duck pond and heated pool. The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. An easy escape from London that works year-round. Autumn walks, cosy winter retreats, spring gardens and heated pool May to September. Dogs welcome. The space The Coach House sits in the grounds of Bredon Manor on the northern edge of the Cotswolds, looking across mature gardens and a duck pond to the National Trust Tithe Barn beyond, a view that holds up in November mist as well as July sun. Inside, it’s been put together with care, sourced artworks and antiques, a cosy sitting room and a well-stocked kitchen with seating for four. A spiral staircase leads up to a reading nook flooded with natural light. The master bedroom is on the first floor along with the main bathroom which has a large freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and Bramley toiletries. The downstairs bedroom can be set up as a twin or superking with ziplink mattresses. A second shower room and a proper utility room with washer/dryer and butler’s sink are located on the ground floor. Meaning you can come back in from a muddy walk and not think twice! The garden is a suntrap in summer with four loungers, a BBQ and outdoor seating, and the swimming pool is open May to September (shared with the owners, who rarely use it during the week). In the cooler months, the same garden is somewhere to walk the dog and watch the ducks on the pond. Two well behaved dogs are welcome to join you, we will even provide a dog bed and luxury toiletries for your four legged friend as well!
