Description

Apartment in a 1770 shipowner's house, on the port of Légué. Restaurants, bars, shops are on site: welcome to the Maison du Bosco! On the second floor. Antique woodwork. Bed linens included, bed made. Local bike rental. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Personalized welcome. Accessible by bus from St Brieuc SNCF train station in 15 minutes. GR 34 on the dock. Beaches 5 minutes drive. Visit the Bay of St Brieuc; Paimpol Dinan and Erquy 45 minutes away; Saint Malo and Ploumanach 1 hour away; Mont Saint Michel 1.5 hours away. The space The 32-square-meter apartment, renovated in 2019, has retained its 18th-century character. The floors and high ceilings, as well as the mimaises are original. Modern comfort while respecting the past. The building of the Maison du Bosco, formerly the Hôtel de Kerautem, has kept the remarkable identity of its history: old stones, in the entrance cement tiles on the floor and fresco on the ceiling representing the coat of arms of the amateurs. The south-facing apartment includes a room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet inside. The bedroom is independent, bed 140X190 cm, wall closet. The high windows (2 in the room, 1 in the bedroom) all overlook the harbor and its ships. The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a three-story shipowner's house divided into several accommodations. It is accessible through a hall (fresco on the ceiling) and an old staircase. Fiber WiFi internet. A double bed (140X190) is in the room. The small sofa in the living room is not convertible. Eco-friendly: organic cleaning products, composting possible, cleanable linen available. The building entrance is secured with intercom. Free parking, on the street of the cottage and all over the port. Time limit (blue disc) on some port squares, during the weekday, but no limits on our street. The bus, line D, goes to Plérin centre, Saint Brieuc, and in 15 minutes to the train station. From the exit of the RN 12, by car, it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to get there. Guest access Access to the building is secured by an entrance badge, no worries! Head to the second floor, by the stairs. Guests have access to the whole apartment, the common areas of the building, a locked personal storage room in the courtyard for bicycles, strollers ... Parking is available on the street of the cottage or on the adjacent streets, and free of charge. If you come by train, please note that there is no bus on Sundays between the SNCF train station and the port. I can then accompany you by car. Other things to note The shipowners' house has been converted into apartments. So there are neighbors above and below the cottage. They try to be quiet, please do the same. Please do not touch the gray sanitary paste seal under the shower drain grate. The first weekend of July is a maritime festival, which is held from Friday to Sunday throughout the port. Parking is complicated, but not impossible, from Thursday.
