The garden annex is 12 sqm and fully isolated - it's build in 2019, the idea was a mini retreat and silent workspace. As it's our private home and not a "365 rental home", we would appreciate a short introduction with your inquiry :-) Guest access Our home is yours. Take care as if it was yours - it's our private home. No shoes inside please - and especially no stilettos! - as the 100 year old soft pinewood floors can not take the pressure of a stiletto heel. Other things to note Washing machine, Dryer, dishwasher, Weber Gass Grill, wifi, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen (use and replace)... - all you need is present. Bed linen and towel is 15 Euro per pax if requested. One of Copenhagens highest rated modern Pizza places "BEHOV" situated 5 minutes walk from the house. Also a great place to enjoy a coffee in the sun or a brunch. Copenhagen NV is blooming as the new hipster area. No tourists (yet), only locals, very cosy - try “Flere Fugle” and Feel like you are in Berlin. Several very nice family restaurants within the local community - Søborg, Nordvest, Brønshøj, Nørrebro. Best bakery is Bodenhoff - 2 km distance. Ismageriet in Søborg makes fantastic ice cream - 3 kms. distance. Grannys House in Søborg hovedgade serves a great brunch (3 km). BEHOV will also give you a great treat if brunch is on the programme. Madhus 24 in Søborg Hovedgade 24 is a fine low key cafe as well. The same goes for cafe Staalvand at Brønshøj Torv - neoclassical style and very well visited local cafe. Newly opened coffebar Ricco's in Brønshøj is also a great and very fairprized place. And their homebakery is great. Brønshøj Bistro and cafe Bröns is also worth a visit to dine with the local at fair prices, experiencing"danish modern hygge" atmosphere and good fair priced food for the whole family.
