The space The apartment in the Ca del Mare Residence is a 4-minute walk from the Alberoni Centro bus stop. The Ca del Mare Residence is a recent building that benefits from the use of quality materials (oak flooring), maximum ergonomics and use of space, brightness, generous outdoor spaces, efficient and quiet air conditioning and heating system. The area is very quiet and free of traffic. You can safely park on both sides of the road on which the main entrance is located. It consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed for two additional beds. The kitchenette has a full kitchen except for the dishwasher. The terrace faces north and has a wooden table with 6 chairs and an umbrella. Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors for 6 people. The garden faces south and begins to get sunny in the late morning (when the terrace begins to get shaded) and then remains sunny for the rest of the day.
