Bellaiuva, or 'beautiful view' in local Patois, consists of two 100-year-old chalets, combined into one which have been painstakingly refurbished to the highest standards to create one of the Alps most prestigious properties. This stunning property is one of a handful of truly ski-in, ski-out properties in Verbier. It`s location affords this property with the most stunning views from its terrace and balconies. In winter the chalet is accessed by skis or skidoo only (no vehicle access). The chalet is accessed on skis down the blue Clambin piste, perfect for intermediates or confident beginners. In addition the chalet has a ski-doo and snow vehicle giving access to the main village (driver service provided). The beautiful finishing and architectural features of this modern alpine home are complimented by the artworks adorning the vestibules and walls. This home boasts many unique features including a 'wet room' entrance, high tech media room, a large rustic sauna with Swedish heated planks, Brazilian slate steam bath with rain shower and outdoor Jacuzzi with stainless-steel shower on a cedar wooden deck. You enter the chalet on the ground floor into the wet room with heated boot warmers and clothes dryers. This floor also boasts an en-suite double bedroom and a separate w.c. The elegant stairway leads to the middle floor where the open plan living and dining area are located. The open plan Boffi kitchen and Gaggenau appliances completes this area with access to the main terrace and balcony towards the valley and sunset views. The corridor leads back to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower and a bunk room sleeping 2 to 4 with shower cubicle and adjacent w.c. At the end of this floor is located the media room with bar, the sauna and the hammam. Further stairs lead to the top floor where the master bedroom with en-suite bath and shower as well as a further double with en-suite shower room are located. A door leads from this floor to the cedar wood terrace where the outdoor spa is situated. Guest access The entire chalet.
