Rent old, small, simple, cozy self-catering cottage with creaking floor and squeaky doors on approx. 1,000 meters above sea level on the Bödele with 2 terraces overlooking Lake Constance + small pool for the summer months Welcome are: families, women's groups, mixed groups, seniors, etc. ATTENTION: Due to repeated bad experiences with male-only groups (drunkenness with noise pollution), we no longer rent to such groups!!! The space Check-in: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm Check-out: by 11:00 am Additional costs: none If you plan to invite additional people (relatives, friends, acquaintances, guests, etc.) to our cabin, this is only permitted in advance and with the written consent of the host. This will incur additional costs per person for the renter. Rental in the low season from 2 nights possible - in the high season (Christmas, New Year's Eve, semester break, Easter/Holy Week, as well as in the summer season June, July and August) basically only whole weeks possible - booking period from Saturday to Saturday - exceptions only possible by request/arrangement. The hut is located on a clearing with 13 other weekend cottages. The cabin is easily accessible all year round, as in winter the private road is cleared when necessary in case of snowfall. The nearest ski resort is located at Bödele and can be reached by car in 2 minutes. Furthermore, you are in the middle of the Bregenz Forest with its numerous ski resorts in 10 minutes by car. The next major shopping area is in Dornbirn, which you can reach by car in a few minutes. Guest access Supplies: 1 bathroom with toilet 1 kitchen - fully equipped (with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, filter coffee maker (matching coffee filters are at the hut), Nespresso coffee capsule machine (capsules must be brought along), microwave, kettle), as well as dish towels provided by us. 1 living room with TV with satellite and radio, heating: wood-burning stove in the living room - wood is ready to be split 1 double bedroom with third sleeping option in the loft bed 1 small bedroom for 2 people 1 sleeping area (mattress area) that can accommodate up to 6 people 1 pantry with small freezer and washer-dryer Furthermore, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, various board and card games are available. Bed linen is provided - the beds are provided completely covered by us. Our guests must bring their own towels/bath towels. Outdoor facilities: In front of the house there is a seating area with a large table and 3 benches. Here you also have the option to grill either on a gas grill (gas bottle is available) or on a fire bowl with wood. Charcoal is to be brought along. On the back side of the hut towards Lake Constance, there are 2 wooden terraces at your disposal. The old pool is still visible in the pictures with the terraces; - this had to be dismantled after a defect in the fall of 2023 and was replaced by another pool. The 2 terraces can be illuminated at night. There are also 2 tables with 8 chairs, sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 small 4-seater seating areas with a small table, as well as parasols. Barbecuing and open fires are not allowed on the wooden terraces.
