The space Sevid is a small and beautiful seaside village just 15 min away from great nightlife and 45 min from Split, Croatia (2nd largest city in Croatia). This is your perfect vacation spot where you get clear sea, great foods, good rest and when you wish for more it is just a minutes away. important notice: TONI HOUSE: has 5 rooms and 1 apartment rated 3*. All rooms and apartments have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, sea view, tv – satellite, free access to wireless internet (varies in quality), and parking. Aside from the apartment which has a fully equipped kitchen, each room has a small fridge and a common floor kitchen. HOST: Milica and Vlade are your primary hosts in the location. They understand English but they do not speak it, so please use the number you will be provided to contact at any time you have some questions. House is on the beach. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sevid is located in a rural area. Roads are not asphalt, water is not from the city pipes but from the well, electricity may vary in strength and Wi-Fi may vary in strength (to the point there is no signal). Taking this into consideration please keep in mind that you are coming to an area that does not have 24/7 -100% amenities that we take for granted in the urban area. We do have power generation that we turn on in case electricity goes out. However, help us keep power stable, please do not plug in appliances that need strong power or too many appliances b/c there will be a power shortage in the house. In case anything happens in the house please immediately inform your host and we will explain it to you and try to fix it. The food market is in the same house. In 2023 Sevid has 3 restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is rather quiet but if you are looking for some great nightlife fun it is approx.20 minutes away.
