There is under floor heating throughout the apartment. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen space is well equipped with brand new Neff appliances. The living area has a private balcony complete with outdoor furniture for guest use. The master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobe and a TV on the wall also has its own private balcony. The en suite to this bedroom has a bath with shower hose, wash basin and a WC. The second bedroom which can accommodate a super king or two singles via a zip/lock bed set up also has a built in wardrobe and TV. The en suite facilities for this bedroom offers a jet style shower, wash basin and WC. A separate WC and wash basin can be found in the hallway of the apartment next to the utility room complete with washing machine, clothes dryer and iron. 10 The Hideaway has a secure entrance and private gardens for you to enjoy as well as one underground parking space and a second space in the courtyard. There is a private lift from the underground car park to each floor. A successful holiday let, we accept short breaks and are flexible on arrival and departure dates. We have welcomed guests who have been appearing at The Hall for Cornwall, due to the apartments close proximity to the theatre. With the Alverton Manor next door, we regularly host those attending weddings at this location. 10 The Hideaway is in an exceptional and convenient location which offers the opportunity to explore both the North and South Coasts of Cornwall whilst also offering stylish city living with the main shopping, restaurants and bars of Truro just a five minute walk away. The apartment would also make a perfect base for those visiting Truro and the surrounding area for work-based visits. Other things to note Please note that the private footpath into town from the development is gated both at the exit and then entrance on your return. In some parts the path is narrow and is without a hand rail. Alternatively guests can walk into town out through the main gates and using the general pavement and footpath if access or mobility issues are of a concern. For guests travelling with infants please note that we do not have a cot or a high chair in the apartment so you would need to bring equipment with you. What we provide: Bed linen for all beds. (Please specify if you would like the single trundle bed for a 5th guest made up) (The super king bed in bedroom 2 can be split into 2 singles on request too) Bath towels & hand towels for 4 guests. (5 if specified as we will make up the single trundle bed) Tea towels, oven cloth and a bath mat for each bathroom. A double length toilet roll per bathroom. Hand soap, washing up liquid, anti bacterial spray, bleach. (Please note we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower gel due to personal preference and/or allergies) Dish cloth, sponge, dishwasher tablets.
