Description
Llareggub is a home-from-home which has an incredible seaside location offering both privacy and easy access to the beach, which is a 5 minute walk away. Make the most of the stunning sea views & watch the fireworks or Iron Man from the house which has an upside-down neo-60’s design and which can comfortably sleep 6 guests, or create a romantic bolthole for 2. We think you’ll love the quirky and colourful boho-chic in the open-plan living spaces which were featured recently in Conde Nast. The space Layout: - 3 x double bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms (2 ensuite) - Boot room - Entrance Hall - Furnished patio and access to outdoor garden - Open plan kitchen, dining and living room - Seaside, clifftop location overlooking Saundersfoot bay - All spread over three floors with fantastic sea views from each room. Close proximity to the beach (5 mins walk), Saundersfoot, Narbeth (20 mins drive) and Tenby (10 mins drive) Design Details: This light, airy and spacious family home is designed to sit over three floors with epic sea views from every room, and access from the front door to the two beaches of Saundersfoot, which are divided by the harbour. Turn right to cross the deserted sands, up the cliff and through the woods to Tenby (David’s favourite pre-Sunday roast walk!) with plenty of places to stop off and swim or collect mussels and skim stones. Turn left to access the traditional, bustling village beach. Think pedalos, ice cream, chippys, penny arcades as well as restaurants to suit all budgets. Enter the house across the drawbridge and you are immediately treated to a view of the bay through the solarium, and you’ll see that the house is arranged over three floors - you are on the upper most. Go down the stairs to the open-plan kitchen-dining-living floor and take in the ultimate moneyshot view out over Saundersfoot Bay - breathe and enjoy! This is where you’ll spend most of your time - lounging on the chic 60’s inspired sofas, chatting with family and friends while cooking in the kitchen-diner which is full of quirky details and salvaged decor. Conde Nast called it “architecturally playful” and who are we to disagree? In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso compatible coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a double Miele oven (and steam oven) with a gas stove and a large American-style fridge-freezer. There is a gorgeous dining table which seats up to 8 people, perfect for raucous family dinners, playing cards, or just chatting. The living room has a 54” Smart TV and plenty of comfy sofas to curl up on and watch a film. Also on this floor you will find Captain Cat's beachside bolthole - one of the three bedrooms, clad in lovely luxurious wood. This bedroom is the cosiest and most boat-like of the three, so if you want to go to sleep looking out at the sea, this is the room to do it in. There is also a WC on this floor, near to the boot room which is ready and waiting for your muddy, sandy wellies, towels and doggies! Here you can dry your swimsuits on the long, ecologically-friendly lines. When it's time to turn in, go downstairs again, you'll have two more gorgeous, individually styled double bedrooms to choose from - though be warned, it'll be hard to decide which is your favourite. The master room is equipped with an indulgent oval bath, ideal for romance and relaxation, with the second double has an ensuite coal-black, bible-black shower room. These downstairs bedrooms also both have access to the terrace and the view over the harbour - perfect with a morning cup of coffee. All three bedrooms boast stunning sea views though, so no need to fight over them!
