This apartment, ideal for 1 person or 1 couple, will charm you The intimate terrace will allow you to enjoy an outdoor space while in town The backyard location will guarantee you a quiet stay Located a 5-minute walk to the train station, the city's tourist attractions are within walking distance The space Fully equipped Coffee, tea + basic ingredients available Hairdryer and towels provided Wi-Fi, fiber Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Only my 6-year-old daughter Tess's room is not rented (she prefers to keep her little universe just for her!). Other things to note There is an alarm system in my home (Nexicur). IT DOES NOT FILM YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It goes against my values and, as a traveler, I refuse to be filmed. The system works as follows: when the accommodation is empty, if there is an intrusion, the motion detectors activate and trigger a siren. The security system can then verify the nature of the intrusion via the camera and notify law enforcement. When the accommodation is occupied, the system cannot be activated (otherwise the sirens would be activated continuously). I have an official certificate from Nexicur certifying that the camera does not film. I can send it to you upon request. If you still have doubts despite my explanations, do not hesitate to put a cloth in front of the alarm system (in the entrance of the apartment). This system is the only way for me to protect my home when it is empty.
