Stunning modern loft in former village school. With a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, dining and seating area, and on the entresol, you'll find the sleeping area. Enjoy stunning views of the castle. In a half hour drive you are in Maastricht, Liege, Spa or Aachen for a city visit. The space The beautiful modern loft of Mille Fleurs is located at the rear of the house, at the ground floor. In this room used to be the village school. On the ground floor are the dining and sitting area. A tree lower is the kitchen. The spacious kitchen is ideal for extensive cooking and dining with your family and friends. In the kitchen you will find: - an espresso coffee machine - a microwave oven - a hot air oven 90 cm. wide - a 5-burner gas stove - a spacious fridge and deep freeze - all essential kitchen appliances Above the kitchen, on the mezzanine, is the sleeping area for 4 people with 4 comfortable single box springs which can also be easily connected by two. In the sitting area there is a double sofa bed offering comfortable topper for two extra people. Due to the open character of the loft, you are always connected to each other, wherever you are. The high windows give a great view on the surroundings with high pampfruit and castle, providing a sense of light and space. The beds are freshly made before arrival and bathing and kitchen towels are also provided. A warm welcome awaits you thanks to the Nespresso, the milk frother and the kettle with a number of coffee cups and tea bags. To make your stay more pleasant, luxury and nature-friendly products are available: a delicious hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and soothing shower gel. The loft features a sound system, WiFi and a 50” Smart television with cable connection. Outside there is ample parking and a garden where you can use the terrace and lawn with beautiful views of the rolling surroundings and the castle of the Presidential. You can also leave your bike there and use the barbecue in consultation with the other guests. You can also store your bike from March to October in our lockable bike shed at the back of the garden. Guest access You can use a shared garden. Other things to note TOWELS and bedding * BATH, bedding and kitchen towels are included, and the bed is freshly made on arrival. WASHING and DRYING * For a small contribution, you can use the washing machine and dryer. Ironing ironing is available at your disposal. NON-SMOKING * All areas of Mille Fleurs are strictly non-smoking. Of course, you can enjoy your cigarette or cigar outside. BARBECUE and FIRE * Barbecue and fire only burn in the designated BBQ and fire pit. PETS * Not allowed. OUR CATS * We have 2 cats: Black and Pixy. They are huge stuffed animals but they can't come in. Therefore, please note that they do not sneak in. And that you don't lock them inside at the moment you leave the property.
