The villa has been recently renovated and divided into two apartments: one on the ground floor, where I live with my family and one at the first floor that we rent. The rental apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and living room. Each apartment has private entrance, private parking and private garden. Outdoor pool, whirlpool Jacuzzi 6 places, barbecue and Minigolf are for the exclusive use of guests. Excellent base for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena,Florence. The space The Villa, surrounded by the green hills of Tuscany, is an historic building built on two floors: in the past it was the priest's house of San Martino's church, located close to the propriety but no more in use. Close to Villa there are the most visited places in the region as San Gimignano (8 Km), Volterra (15 Km), Chianti Classico area (45 minutes), Siena (50 minutes), Florence (1 hour) and Pisa (1 hour). Remember that one day per week there is an open market in the villages around here where you can buy food and tipical products. There are also several winery where you can do wine tasting and farms where you can buy organic products as milk, cheese, vegetables, fruits, bisquits and pasta.
