The space The house is spacious and bright, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Other things to note We are 20 minutes from Cagliari and a few kilometers from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: Mari Pintau, Villasimius, Cala Regina. Supermarkets, restaurants and services are all within easy reach. It is advisable to have a car for getting around. The accommodation tax will be paid at the time of check-out in cash (€1 per person per night), only for the first 5 consecutive nights in the same property.
