Orbregno Country House with Personal Wine Cellar

The 2-story house is on a beautiful hill of Monferrato in the village of Orbregno. It has an optimal fenced garden for those who have animals. The house, entirely made of stone, has been renovated while maintaining the characteristics of the ancient peasant dwellings of the place. The house has a romantic cellar-cave located underground with stone vaults dating back to the 1400s where you can relax, have lunch and... drink good wine! The space The house is spread across two floors. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom, and on the ground floor is the kitchenette and dining room where there is a sofa bed. The room is heated by a gas air heater or a romantic wood-burning stove. Guest access The house is entirely for you, as well as the fenced garden in front of the house where. The upper and lower courtyard is shared with other houses I own. You can use the soapstone or the BBQ (SHARED WITH OTHER PROPERTIES), which is perfect for lunches, dinners, and parties!
