With a surface area of 100m2, the accommodation is very bright, it was fully renovated in fall 2020. Its decoration is neat, its finishes and its quality amenities. It is ideal for 2 families ( 2 couples and 4 children) . Companies are welcome, 10% discount for the entire stay, excluding linen options. Additional charge: Electric consumption if it exceeds the normal of 30kwh/day Statement at check-in and checkout. This has been set up to avoid abuse but it is rare for groups or families to exceed this limit. Especially since we provide free pellet bags for the pellet stove. Additional charge and to be paid upon arrival if you opt for one or more of the following services: Bed linen rental: €8 per bed of 90x190, €18 per bed for 2 people. Possibility of renting towels (bath sheet or shower towel + standard towel + washcloths, floor mats, hand towels in the toilet): €8 per person for the stay. The beds will be made for your arrival if you have opted for the bed linen. Duvets, pillows, bedspreads, mattress protectors and pillow covers are provided. If you are a couple and you want to book our cottage, you have the option to opt for the cleaning fee or not: the rate is €60 ( for 2 people without children, no pets) if you do not want to clean when you leave. The finishes and decorations of the apartment have been neat. Most of the furniture was handcrafted by a cabinetmaker who can discover all the decor"DECO HENRY" right next to the cottage (vanity furniture, tables, lamps, entrance decor, headboards, cerused rooms, and totem ). All beds are equipped with waterproof mattress protectors + pillow covers. The bedding is new and comfortable. Ability to get extra pillows upon request ( free), New and good quality electric heater and towel dryer. The pellet stove is the main heater. FREE WIFI Wooden shutters. The living room, kitchen have blackout blinds (installed by a craftsman) and the bedrooms are insulated and blackout curtains as well. 2 " special baby" packs at your disposal on request: 1 PACK = 1 umbrella bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat, 1 small bathtub, mattress, sheets, blanket, angel nest, night light. You can safely park on the 2 large car parks of the cottage, on the side or in front of the house or if you wish in the large secure garage of 33 m2 where you can enter two cars but also motorcycles and bicycles (The garage is not heated) . There is a metal wardrobe for storage and 1 ping pong table. Accuracy: You have to leave the dwelling to access the garage. The trampoline and swing are removed from the park from the end of September to March 31 ( depending on the weather ). You have 2 very large EAST and SOUTH facing terraces (100m2 and 50m2 ) with a large garden table, chairs, bench, 2 double sunbaths with awning 2mx2m, a charcoal barbecue, two brazers to warm up by the fire during your evenings, other small spaces with benches are also provided near the house including one near the creek All in a beautiful setting where you can see and hear deer, foxes, owl. This will give you a feeling of another time. We are very sensitive to respect for the environment, no pesticides are used on the 4 hectare property, maintenance is only done mechanically. In the accommodation, we use natural products for cleaning: black soap, white vinegar, bicarbonate.. We opted for fans instead of air conditioning; the farmhouse walls are thick, the house is very well insulated, and you have insulating curtains + wooden shutters. We do the sorting of garbage.
